Parties and scope

These terms apply to anyone booking a course, workshop, mentoring session or corporate training with Webframe Studio, whether as an individual or on behalf of a business. They cover the delivery of teaching and coaching services and do not apply to any separate website design or build work, which is governed by its own agreement.

Booking and quotes

Courses and workshops are booked at the published price shown on the site at the time of booking. Mentoring, portfolio review and corporate training are confirmed after a short call or message to agree scope, format and price, and a booking is only fixed once this has been confirmed in writing.

Performance of the work and access to the premises

Live sessions take place online unless an in-person workshop or on-site training day has been agreed in advance. For on-site sessions, the client is responsible for providing a suitable room, a working internet connection and access for the trainer at the agreed time; delays caused by lack of access may shorten the session without a refund for the time lost.

Prices, payment after completion and invoices

Individual bookings are paid by bank transfer or cash, due before or on the day of the session unless a deposit arrangement applies. Corporate and business bookings are invoiced after the training day, with payment due within the term stated on the invoice, and invoices include a breakdown of the sessions delivered.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are refunded in full, and rescheduling is free of charge with any amount of notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions without warning, are not refunded, and corporate training cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed date may be charged in part to cover the reserved time.

Liability, insurance and complaints

We take reasonable care to deliver accurate, up to date teaching, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, job offer or salary from attending a course or session. If you are unhappy with a session, tell us within seven days and we will look into it, offer a further session, or agree a partial refund where that seems fair.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from a booking will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
