How a course usually runs
Request And Site Visit
You tell us what the site needs to do, we visit or call to see the business and any pages you already have, and we agree what a finished site should look like before design starts.
Design And Build
Your named specialist designs the pages, builds the site, and sends drafts your way so you can comment as the work moves along, not just at the end.
Review And Handover
We test the finished site on phones, tablets and desktops, show you how to update it, and hand over the files with a 30-day window for small fixes.

Before you book
How does booking a project with you actually work?
You get in touch with a short description of what you need, and we arrange a call or a site visit to look at your business and any existing pages. From there we send a written fixed quote, and once you agree it, we book the project into our schedule.
When do I pay for the work, and how?
Payment is due once the site is finished and you have seen it working, and we take payment by bank transfer or cash on completion. We do not ask for anything before the quote is agreed in writing.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Let us know as soon as you can. If work has not started yet, we simply free up the slot for another client. If design work is already underway, we will talk through what has been done and agree a fair way forward before anything further is billed.
Who will actually be working on my site, and what happens after it goes live?
One named specialist from our team runs your project from the first call through to handover, so you are never passed between strangers. Once the site is live, small fixes or tweaks within the first 30 days are included, no extra charge.
Before your first session
Check your laptop and internet connection at least a day before
Have your Figma or course accounts set up in advance, we send instructions after booking
Live sessions usually run for two to four hours depending on the course
Payment is by bank transfer or cash, due on or before the session unless invoiced
Training for teams and businesses
We run private workshops and short courses for marketing, content and product teams who need to understand or manage web design in-house. Sessions are built around your own website and tools, and billed to the business.
